Resilient Enterprises is a community outreach and marketing organization that partners with nonprofit organizations to support public awareness campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and live promotional events.
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, campaign coordination, communications, or business development.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
What You’ll Do
- Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, outreach campaigns, and community engagement initiatives
- Interact directly with community members and event attendees in a professional, face-to-face environment
- Assist with the execution of marketing and outreach campaigns from setup through completion
- Support campaign tracking, engagement reporting, and event coordination efforts
- Help promote awareness for nonprofit programs, services, and fundraising initiatives
- Develop communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills through hands-on experience
- Work closely with team members and leadership to support campaign goals and daily operations
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities
