Resilient Enterprises is a community outreach and event marketing organization that partners with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to help increase public awareness, strengthen community engagement, and support live outreach and fundraising campaigns.

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in customer service, community outreach, event support, communications, and public engagement.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career development and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for community members at outreach events and live campaigns
  • Provide customer service and respond to questions about nonprofit programs and initiatives
  • Share accurate information about nonprofit missions, awareness efforts, and fundraising campaigns
  • Assist with setup, coordination, and breakdown of outreach events and promotional activities
  • Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations in a positive and professional manner
  • Support team members in achieving outreach and engagement goals
  • Help ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
  • Learn customer service, communication, and event marketing skills through hands-on training
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong people skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Interest in customer service, communications, marketing, or nonprofit outreach
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
