We're hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing event marketing team. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers at live promotional events, helping create positive brand experiences while developing valuable communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at live promotional events and brand activations.

  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional, friendly communication.
  • Represent client brands with enthusiasm while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
