We're seeking an enthusiastic Event Marketing & Fundraising Assistant to help support community outreach campaigns that increase brand awareness, strengthen public engagement, and generate support for meaningful initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients and campaign partners at community events, promotional activations, and fundraising initiatives.
• Engage with members of the public to share campaign information and inspire participation.
• Educate supporters about organizational missions, programs, and fundraising goals.
• Build positive relationships through professional and engaging customer interactions.
• Assist with donor outreach and supporter engagement efforts.
• Help increase campaign visibility, community participation, and fundraising results.
• Accurately record supporter information and campaign activity.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and long-term fundraising objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, marketing, and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with diverse audiences.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
