Community Outreach Representative – Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and community-minded Community Outreach Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and representing an organization in the community. No prior outreach experience is required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization at community events, outreach programs, and promotional activities
- Engage with community members and provide information about programs, services, and initiatives
- Build positive relationships with customers, community partners, and local organizations
- Promote programs, services, and community initiatives
- Assist with event planning, setup, coordination, and follow-up
- Distribute informational and promotional materials
- Gather feedback and communicate community needs to the appropriate team
- Maintain accurate outreach records and track engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, volunteer, or community experience is a plus but not required
