Junior Brand Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Junior Brand Manager to support our marketing and promotional programs. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in developing practical experience in brand marketing, promotional events, customer engagement, sales, and team leadership.

The Junior Brand Manager will work with management and team members to support brand promotions and customer-facing marketing activities. Training is provided, and employees will receive ongoing coaching as they develop their skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementing brand messaging and promotional campaigns at events
  • Support the presentation of products, promotional materials, displays, and merchandising
  • Assist with the setup and execution of promotional events
  • Communicate product and promotional information to customers in a professional manner
  • Assist with tracking event activities and evaluating campaign performance
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
  • Support planning and preparation for marketing and promotional activities
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members as experience increases
  • Work with management to maintain consistent brand and customer service standards
  • Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and promotional activities
  • Develop knowledge of marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business operations
  • Take on additional responsibilities based on experience, performance, and business needs

Preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or promotions
  • Leadership experience through employment, school, athletics, volunteer activities, or community organizations
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Previous brand management experience is not required. Training is provided for qualified entry-level candidates.
