We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Representative to join our team.

This is an entry-level customer service, sales, and account management opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop valuable business skills.

Previous account management or sales experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and clients in a professional and helpful manner
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers with questions and account needs
• Identify opportunities to provide additional products or services when appropriate
• Follow up with customers and prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer and account information
• Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Work with team members to resolve customer questions
• Participate in training and professional development
• Meet established customer service and performance goals
