We are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate Trainee to join our growing promotional marketing team. This is an entry-level position with paid training and mentorship, designed for individuals interested in marketing, sales, customer service, and business development.

The Marketing Associate Trainee will work with a dedicated Mentor and gain hands-on experience supporting promotional marketing campaigns from planning through execution. This role provides exposure to experiential marketing, market research, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and campaign development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of promotional marketing campaigns
• Conduct basic market research and analyze consumer and sales trends
• Support experiential marketing programs designed to increase brand awareness
• Interact directly with consumers and provide product information
• Assist with customer service and client acquisition initiatives
• Work with Brand Ambassadors to develop creative promotional strategies
• Participate in face-to-face interactions with clients and consumers
• Assist with campaign implementation and account-specific marketing initiatives
• Support social media and brand exposure efforts
• Collaborate with team members on campaign development and execution
• Develop professional skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and marketing

Training and Development

New team members are paired with a Mentor and receive hands-on training in:

• Promotional and experiential marketing
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Consumer and target-market research
• Sales and customer service
• Brand awareness and product education
• Campaign development and implementation
• Team development and leadership
• Professional communication

Qualifications

• No previous marketing experience is required; this is an entry-level position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in marketing, sales, promotions, retail, advertising, or customer service
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, advertising, or marketing is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
