Management Trainee – Entry Level
Our growing promotional marketing team is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals interested in marketing, sales, customer service, leadership, and business development.
No previous management experience is required. New team members receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship while developing the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.

What You'll Do
As a Management Trainee, you'll learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, customer service, and team leadership while supporting promotional campaigns and customer-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns
- Represent brands at events, retail locations, and community promotions
- Interact directly with customers and provide product and service information
- Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives
- Build professional relationships with customers and clients
- Assist with promotional events and experiential marketing programs
- Learn customer service and sales strategies
- Support campaign implementation and daily business operations
- Work with team members and Brand Ambassadors
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development

Paid Training & Mentorship
Experience is not required. Training is provided.
New Management Trainees receive hands-on training and mentorship in:
