We are a growing marketing and promotional services firm seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with people, providing customer service, learning new skills, and building professional experience. No previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent our clients at community events, retail locations, promotional events, and customer outreach campaigns. You will interact directly with customers, answer questions, provide information about products and services, and create a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
• Represent client brands at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
• Explain products, services, promotions, and offers clearly
• Assist with customer acquisition and engagement activities
• Help create positive experiences that strengthen customer relationships
• Communicate customer feedback and questions to the team
• Work with team members to meet daily customer service and campaign goals
• Participate in training focused on customer service, communication, marketing, and sales
