We have an immediate need for an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate to support direct marketing campaigns, customer engagement, community outreach, and client initiatives.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to develop practical experience in marketing, sales, customer service, communication, and business development. Resilient Enterprises provides training and mentorship to help new team members learn the role and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Engage directly with customers and members of the community
• Explain campaign information, products, services, or programs
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful information
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members
• Support customer acquisition and awareness initiatives
• Participate in promotional and community outreach activities
• Assist with day-to-day campaign operations
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Work collaboratively with other team members and management
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and campaign information
• Develop skills in communication, sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
