Brand Marketing Representative – Entry Level
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Brand Marketing Representative to join our team in Boise. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating memorable customer experiences, and learning how successful brands connect with their audiences.
You don’t need years of marketing experience to get started. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in marketing, sales, and business development.
What You’ll Do
- Represent well-known brands in face-to-face marketing environments
- Engage directly with customers and introduce them to products and services
- Create positive, memorable interactions that strengthen brand awareness
- Learn and communicate key brand messaging and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services
- Help execute local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives
- Build relationships with customers and community members
- Track goals and contribute to team performance
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
- Collaborate with teammates to improve customer engagement and campaign results
