We are expanding our team and hiring Community Outreach Representatives to support local events, community programs, public engagement initiatives, and promotional activities.

No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching.

What You'll Do

As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll interact with members of the public at local events, community activities, retail locations, and promotional programs.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Connect with community members in a friendly and professional manner
• Share information about community programs, services, and events
• Answer questions and provide helpful information
• Participate in local outreach events and public engagement activities
• Assist with event preparation, materials, displays, and activities
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for attendees
• Support day-to-day event and outreach operations
• Work collaboratively with team members during community programs
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
• Develop valuable skills in communication, customer service, event coordination, and community relations

Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, education, volunteering, or other people-focused environments can be helpful, but it is not required.
