We are seekin a motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team.

This position is designed for individuals who are ready to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career. No previous management or business experience is required. Training and coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Learn company procedures, programs, and daily operations
• Assist customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Support team members with day-to-day activities
• Participate in marketing, promotional, and community outreach events
• Answer customer questions and provide basic program information
• Assist with event preparation and team activities
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Work with teammates to accomplish daily goals
• Develop skills in communication, customer service, marketing, and leadership
• Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
