We are hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is interested in developing skills in customer service, marketing, business operations, and team leadership.

No previous management experience is required. Paid training is provided.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, personable, motivated, and interested in learning new skills while gaining hands-on professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn company procedures, programs, and daily operations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with questions and basic program information
• Support daily team activities and business operations
• Participate in marketing and community outreach events
• Assist with event preparation and customer engagement activities
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and the public
• Work with the team to accomplish daily goals
• Develop skills in communication, customer service, marketing, and leadership
• Take on additional responsibilities as training and experience increase
