We are hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in community events, and developing professional communication and customer service skills.

No previous community outreach or marketing experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

This opportunity may be a great fit for recent graduates, college graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, retail and hospitality workers, and other entry-level candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in a professional, public-facing environment.

Responsibilities

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will help support local events, community programs, and public engagement activities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Interact with community members in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about programs, services, and community events
• Answer questions and direct individuals to appropriate resources
• Participate in local events and community outreach activities
• Assist with event setup, materials, displays, and activities
• Help create a welcoming experience for event attendees
• Support daily event and outreach activities
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
• Maintain professional communication with customers and members of the public
• Develop skills in customer service, communication, event coordination, community outreach, and marketing

Qualifications

No previous experience is required.

Paid Training Provided

You don't need previous experience in community outreach or event marketing to apply. Our team provides paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the position and develop your professional skills.
