We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, participating in local events, and developing hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, customer service, and community outreach.

No previous marketing or event experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will support local events, promotional activities, community outreach programs, and marketing initiatives. You will work directly with customers and members of the public while representing clients and their programs in a professional and friendly manner.

What You'll Do

• Assist with local marketing events and promotional activities
• Help prepare event areas, displays, signage, and marketing materials
• Welcome and interact with customers, attendees, and community members
• Provide information about products, services, programs, and promotions
• Support customer engagement and public outreach activities
• Represent clients and their brands in a professional manner
• Help create a positive experience for customers and event attendees
• Assist with promotional campaigns and community events
• Work with team members to support daily event activities
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas
• Collect customer feedback and communicate information to team leaders
• Complete basic event documentation and reports
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions

• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Comfortable working in a public-facing environment
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and local events

Previous experience in marketing, events, promotions, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required.

No Experience? No Problem.

This is an entry-level marketing position, and we provide paid training and hands-on coaching.
