We are hiring Entry-Level Client Service Representatives to join our growing event marketing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing customer service, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, events, promotions, and community outreach.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

This position may be a great fit for recent graduates, college graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, retail and hospitality workers, and other entry-level job seekers looking to develop valuable professional skills.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients at live events, community events, retail locations, and promotional activities
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, programs, and promotions
• Interact with customers and community members in a positive and professional manner
• Help create a welcoming experience for customers and event attendees
• Support event setup, promotional activities, and daily campaign activities
• Assist with community outreach and customer engagement
• Work with team members to support event and campaign goals
• Maintain a professional and organized event environment
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
• Develop skills in customer service, communication, marketing, promotions, and event support
