We are hiring a full-time Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our local promotions and community outreach team.

No prior marketing or event experience is required. We provide 100% fully paid training and ongoing mentorship to set you up for success. If you love working with people, have a great attitude, and want to build a career in marketing, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Event Prep & Setup: Assist with setting up promotional materials, displays, and signage at local events.
• Customer Engagement: Welcome and interact with event attendees, providing accurate information about our clients' products, services, and promotions.
• Brand Representation: Serve as the professional, friendly face of our clients during community outreach initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Attend daily team meetings, participate in coaching sessions, and coordinate with team members to hit event goals.
• Reporting: Complete basic event documentation and share customer feedback with team leaders to improve future campaigns.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and exceptional people skills.
• A professional, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Comfort working in public-facing, high-energy environments.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and scheduled local events.
• Background in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or restaurant work is a plus, but not required.
