Entry-Level Communications Associate
We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Communications Associate to join our team in Boise. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop professional communication skills while working on community engagement, event marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand communications.
No previous professional communications experience is required. Paid training, coaching, and hands-on experience are provided.
What You'll Do
Communicate directly with customers, event attendees, and community members
Represent brands and marketing campaigns in a professional and engaging manner
Share information about products, services, and promotional initiatives
Support communications at events, community activations, and promotional campaigns
Help create positive interactions between brands and their target audiences
Develop and deliver clear, engaging verbal presentations
Answer questions and communicate information accurately
Work with team members to coordinate event and marketing activities
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
Participate in training focused on communication, marketing, and leadership
