Entry-Level Sales Associate
We are looking for an outgoing, motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to build real-world sales, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills you need to succeed. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, hardworking, positive, and ready to grow.
What You'll Do
- Represent well-known brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions
- Generate new customers through direct sales and customer acquisition activities
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide an excellent experience
- Meet and work toward individual and team sales goals
- Track customer interactions, results, and daily performance
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and team development
- Collaborate with teammates to support campaign and sales goals
- Develop communication, presentation, leadership, and business skills
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the organization
