This is a structured, hands-on leadership development pathway, not a stagnant corporate desk job. You will work directly alongside senior executives and branch managers to master our day-to-day business operations, sales strategies, and team leadership structures. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Rotational Development: Immerse yourself in sales, customer service, operations, and team coordination departments.
• Shadow Leadership: Partner directly with senior management to learn client logistics, budget management, and operational decision-making.
• Team Supervision: Learn to monitor employee performance, conduct daily morning meetings, and provide direct peer coaching.
• Brand Advocacy: Lead by example by executing frontline sales, promotional compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in analyzing campaign metrics, creating performance reports, and presenting strategic growth ideas to executive leaders.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• A highly self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for leading others.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities, a dependable work ethic, and sharp time management.

• A coachable attitude with an active desire to absorb constructive feedback and grow professionally.
• Preferred but not required: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Alternative backgrounds: 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, restaurants, military service, or college leadership.
