Management Trainee – Entry Level
We are hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our growing team. This full-time position is designed for individuals who want to build practical experience in customer service, marketing, business operations, sales, and leadership.
No previous management or business experience is required. Paid training is provided.
This is an opportunity to learn new skills, gain hands-on professional experience, and take on additional responsibilities as you develop.
Responsibilities
- Learn company procedures, programs, and daily business operations
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with questions and basic program information
- Support daily team activities and business operations
- Participate in marketing, promotional, and community outreach events
- Assist with event preparation and customer engagement
- Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and the public
- Work with the team to meet daily goals and objectives
- Develop skills in communication, customer service, marketing, sales, and leadership
- Take on additional responsibilities as training and experience increase
