Community Outreach Associate – Entry Level
We are hiring Community Outreach Associates to support community engagement, customer outreach, promotional campaigns, and face-to-face brand representation. No previous community outreach, marketing, or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, and individuals transitioning from customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, events, or other people-focused roles.
What You'll Do
Engage directly with community members and customers in face-to-face settings
Represent brands, products, services, and community campaigns professionally
Create positive customer experiences through friendly and informative conversations
Provide information and answer questions about products, services, or programs
Participate in local community events, promotional activities, and outreach campaigns
Build relationships with customers and members of the local community
Work collaboratively with a team to meet daily and weekly outreach goals
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Maintain accurate records of outreach and customer interactions
Develop skills in communication, customer engagement, marketing, and leadership
Qualifications
No previous professional experience is required.
