Entry Level Management Trainee
We’re hiring an Entry Level Management Trainee who are motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in customer service, sales, marketing, business development, and team leadership.
No previous management experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.
This is an in-person, fast-paced opportunity where you’ll learn the business from the ground up while working directly with customers and supporting promotional and community-based campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and support customer service, sales, and marketing activities
- Interact directly with customers and community members
- Assist with promotional events and in-person campaigns
- Learn business development and customer acquisition strategies
- Help train and support new team members as you gain experience
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Work with experienced team members and receive ongoing coaching
- Take on additional responsibilities based on performance
