Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will work alongside experienced team members to learn the fundamentals of marketing, customer engagement, business operations, and team leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Marketing & Campaign Support: Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Customer Relations: Communicate product and service information clearly while helping create positive customer experiences.
• Business Development: Support outreach initiatives and learn strategies for building brand awareness and strengthening customer relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to coordinate projects, share ideas, and support daily business activities.
• Planning & Organization: Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and campaign-related resources.
• Performance Tracking: Assist with organizing campaign information, gathering customer feedback, and reviewing basic performance reports.
• Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and development activities to strengthen business and leadership skills.
• Leadership Training: Develop skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and team coordination.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional image and represent the company and its clients in accordance with established brand guidelines.
