We’re seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant.

No previous marketing or event experience is required. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and contribute to a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Help organize event materials, displays, signage, and promotional resources.
• Engage with event attendees and communicate brand, product, or service information.
• Support customer engagement activities and help create positive event experiences.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly.
• Collect customer feedback and share observations with the marketing team.
• Assist with tracking campaign activities and maintaining organized records.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and event planning discussions.

Previous experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination is helpful but not required.
