Iron Bloom is hiring entry-level Customer Acquisition Representatives to help established brands reach potential customers through in-person outreach.

We welcome motivated applicants who are ready to learn, improve, and contribute to a team. Previous sales experience is not required.

Your responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through face-to-face outreach.
• Introduce products and services professionally.
• Ask questions, listen to customer needs, and communicate relevant information.
• Answer questions and explain available options accurately.
• Support customer acquisition goals and campaign activities.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve.
