We're looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Assistant!

Our firm works with nonprofit organizations, charitable partners, and marketing campaigns to create engaging events, increase community awareness, and support fundraising initiatives throughout the Boise area.

No previous experience is necessary! We provide training and hands-on experience for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to grow professionally.

What You'll Do

• Assist with setting up and preparing for live events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising activities.
• Welcome event attendees and help create a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
• Represent nonprofit partners and client campaigns professionally.
• Share information about campaigns, community initiatives, and fundraising opportunities.
• Distribute promotional materials and answer general questions.
• Support event displays, supplies, and on-site activities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
• Develop communication, teamwork, customer service, and marketing skills.

What We're Looking For
