Community Engagement Assistant – Entry Level
Boise, ID
At Iron Bloom Collective, we refuse to choose between discipline and growth. Iron represents our daily discipline: staying consistent and handling the reps that make a campaign succeed. Bloom is the result: client brands that expand because we represented them with integrity, and team members who grow because we actively invest in them. We are a professional face-to-face brand representation and marketing firm. We bridge the gap between prominent brands and their future customers where real trust is built—in person.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Localized Public Outreach: Act as a welcoming, face-to-face brand ambassador, connecting directly with community members at scheduled local retail partnerships and high-traffic event venues.
- Community Engagement: Approach and greet local consumers, delivering clear, passionate presentations to educate the public on active client services, civic promotions, and local campaigns.
- Account Setup & Support: Confidently walk interested community members through the enrollment and verification process, securely inputting customer data into company tablet systems.
- Display Management: Assist the outreach team in transporting, setting up, organizing, and dismantling portable client-branded informational displays, tables, and visual campaign materials.
- Professional Workshops: Participate in daily morning meetings and strategy sessions at our local branch to review client compliance, consumer psychology, and public speaking techniques.
What We Offer
- Guaranteed Wages: Reliable hourly base pay distributed weekly (this position is strictly not commission-only).
- Fully Paid Training: Immersive, step-by-step instruction in public relations, field logistics, communication strategies, and compliance guidelines—no prior marketing background needed.
- Professional Progression: Transparent, merit-based career advancement into Team Leadership, Campaign Coordination, and Market Management roles.
- Supportive Environment: A high-energy, team-oriented, and professional office culture built on mutual accountability and growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work an active, in-person schedule that includes weekends.
- Dependable work ethic, strong self-discipline, and a coachable attitude.
- Great Transferable Backgrounds: We highly value soft skills and public interaction experience. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, restaurant/bar service, volunteer work, camp counseling, or student leadership are highly encouraged to apply!
