Public Relations & Communications Assistant - Entry Level
Kuna, ID
At Iron Bloom Collective, we refuse to choose between discipline and growth. Iron represents our daily discipline: staying consistent and handling the reps that make a campaign succeed. Bloom is the result: client brands that expand because we represented them with integrity, and team members who grow because we actively invest in them. We are a professional face-to-face brand representation and marketing firm. We bridge the gap between prominent brands and their future customers where real trust is built—in person.

- Brand Messaging Alignment: Ensure all public-facing communication at our scheduled campaign venues accurately reflects our clients’ corporate guidelines, brand identity, and legal compliance.
- Consumer Dialogue: Initiate and manage professional, face-to-face dialogues with potential customers, answering product inquiries transparently and educating the community on regional promotions.
- Audience Engagement & Support: Walk interested consumers through service registrations and information captures using company-issued tablet applications.
- On-Site Setup Logistics: Assist the campaign team with setting up, organizing, and striking portable corporate media banners, product tables, and promotional displays.
- Communications Workshops: Participate in daily morning training workshops focused on active listening, strategic messaging, crisis resolution, and public speaking techniques.

- Immersive Paid Training: Step-by-step instruction in consumer psychology, brand architecture, public relations logistics, and corporate compliance from day one.
- Clear Promotion Pathways: Structured, performance-based career milestones guiding you from entry-level execution up to Account Management and Regional Leadership roles.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (coursework or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or English is a major plus but not required).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, proper grammar, and an active professional presence.
- Ability to work an active, in-person schedule that includes weekends.
- Great Transferable Backgrounds: We welcome soft skills from customer service, retail sales, hospitality, student government, debate club, or volunteer organization leadership.
