What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Public Engagement: Connect directly with community members in high-traffic commercial territories to share active client promotions and service updates.
• Service Signups: Handle registration logistics, verify customer information, and process client orders securely using company-provided tablet applications.
• Brand Protection: Answer general consumer inquiries and ensure all face-to-face interactions remain highly welcoming, compliant, and professional.
• Feedback Gathering: Collect qualitative customer feedback during field interactions and report common consumer insights back to the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
