What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain practical experience across customer engagement, sales, marketing, business development, and team leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Learn the Business: Participate in hands-on training to understand daily operations, customer engagement, and business development.
• Build Customer Relationships: Interact with customers and community members through face-to-face engagement.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist with promotional activities, events, and in-person outreach initiatives.
• Develop Sales Skills: Learn how to communicate value, understand customer needs, and achieve performance goals.
• Grow Your Leadership Skills: Learn teamwork, goal setting, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Collaborate With Your Team: Work alongside experienced team members, receive coaching, and contribute to shared goals.
• Take on More Responsibility: Build your skills and work toward opportunities in team leadership, training, and campaign coordination based on performance and business needs.
