Iron Bloom Collective is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and career-minded individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistants!

No previous marketing or event experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

In this role, you'll help bring promotional campaigns to life by representing established brands, interacting with customers, and supporting engaging marketing experiences at events and retail locations.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the execution of in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Represent established brands at designated events and retail locations.
• Engage with customers and introduce them to featured products, services, and promotions.
• Help organize promotional materials and campaign displays.
• Support product demonstrations and interactive promotional activities.
• Communicate brand messaging clearly and professionally.
• Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interactions.
• Gather customer feedback and share campaign observations with the team.
• Collaborate with teammates to support campaign goals and successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
