Position Overview

We are currently hiring an Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various marketing events. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about brand promotion, event planning, and gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing live marketing events, trade shows, and branded experiences

• Coordinate venue setup, vendor communication, and inventory to ensure smooth event operations

• Engage with event attendees to increase brand awareness and deliver a positive brand experience

• Help create and distribute marketing materials including flyers, promotional items, and branded signage

• Manage event logistics before and after events, including email communications and feedback collection

• Conduct research to identify event opportunities, industry trends, and target demographics

• Maintain event data, monitor key performance indicators, and report on event success

• Provide on-site support to ensure events run efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and event coordination

• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
