Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in creating positive brand experiences. You’ll interact directly with customers, help coordinate promotional events, and ensure the highest level of service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Educate customers about client products and services while promoting strong brand awareness
Support event execution, helping to organize logistics and provide on-site assistance
Collect and report customer feedback to help improve services and campaign effectiveness
Work closely with team members to ensure consistent messaging and an exceptional customer journey
Assist with administrative duties including data entry, customer tracking, and post-event reporting
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event marketing is a plus, but not required
