Community Outreach Assistant - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you’ll help bridge the gap between brands and the communities they serve through high-impact events and engagement strategies. You will:

  • Assist in planning and executing community marketing events and outreach campaigns
  • Represent client brands at live events, promotional pop-ups, and local activations
  • Build relationships with community members while promoting client products, services, and missions
  • Support event logistics including setup, coordination, and audience interaction
  • Gather feedback and monitor campaign results to help improve future outreach efforts
  • Work closely with the marketing and outreach team to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, event reporting, and performance tracking
