We’re currently hiring a Community Outreach Assistant to support our growing marketing and events team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about community engagement, event promotions, and launching a successful career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Community Outreach Assistant, you’ll help bridge the gap between brands and the communities they serve through high-impact events and engagement strategies. You will:
- Assist in planning and executing community marketing events and outreach campaigns
- Represent client brands at live events, promotional pop-ups, and local activations
- Build relationships with community members while promoting client products, services, and missions
- Support event logistics including setup, coordination, and audience interaction
- Gather feedback and monitor campaign results to help improve future outreach efforts
- Work closely with the marketing and outreach team to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, event reporting, and performance tracking
Qualifications:
We’re looking for enthusiastic candidates who are:
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Previous experience in event marketing, customer service, or outreach is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
