We are hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to support marketing, promotions, and nonprofit outreach. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals eager to gain real-world experience in marketing, event promotion, and community engagement while building transferable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, marketing initiatives, and live events
• Engage with donors and community members to boost awareness and support for nonprofit partners
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally at events and outreach activities
• Distribute marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content
• Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown
• Track donor engagement and campaign performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and fundraising activities
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing and community engagement strategie

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; no prior fundraising experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field preferred but not required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with the public in person
