We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning, promotion, and execution of fundraising and community events. This role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, donor engagement, and nonprofit outreach, making it an ideal starting point for individuals interested in event marketing, promotions, or nonprofit careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising and community events
• Engage with attendees to share nonprofit missions and encourage donations
• Support event logistics, including displays, materials, and vendor coordination
• Distribute promotional and fundraising materials before and during events
• Collect donor feedback and assist with basic event reporting
• Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly
• Represent nonprofit partners in a professional and positive manner
• Collaborate on creative outreach strategies to maximize event impact

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required — paid training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Interest in event planning, fundraising, nonprofit work, or community engagement
